Filing a takedown notice
Send a written notice to the contact below that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- The URL or enough detail for us to locate the material on Podkon.
- Your contact details (name, address, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for them.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake. Your counter-notice must also include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal and local courts located in the State of Delaware, United States, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
