Monthly billing
Podkon is billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the plan you choose. Each payment covers one billing period of access to the categories and report schedule in your plan.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. When you cancel, your access continues to the end of the current billing period. After that, reports stop and you are not billed again.
Refunds
Because Podkon is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime, we do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period, but you keep full access until the period ends. If you were charged in error or something went wrong, email us and we’ll make it right.
EU and UK right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. Because Podkon is a digital service that gives you immediate access, you agree, when you subscribe, that performance begins right away and you expressly request this. You acknowledge that once access begins you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for that billing period. Before access begins, you may still withdraw for a full refund of that period.
Payments and refunds via Stripe
All payments and any refunds are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Refunds, where due, are returned to your original payment method through Stripe and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Failed renewals and dunning
If an automatic renewal payment fails, we (through Stripe) may retry the charge over a few days. We will email you to update your payment method. If payment is not completed, your access may be paused or your subscription cancelled until billing is resolved.
Currency and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and may exclude applicable taxes. Where required, VAT or other sales taxes are added at checkout based on your location and shown on your invoice.
Changing or downgrading plans
You can upgrade, downgrade, or change your plan anytime. Changes take effect from your next billing period.
