Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Podkon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Podkon provides
Podkon is a research tool for Etsy sellers. We read public listing data from Etsy’s official API across the categories we track, refresh it continuously, and email you periodic reports on the products gaining the most in your chosen categories. Podkon does not sell products and is not a marketplace.
Plans and what’s included
Podkon is a subscription billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Your plan sets how many of the categories we track you receive and how often your reports arrive (weekly, every two weeks, or monthly). The current plans, what each includes and their prices are listed on our pricing page. You can change or cancel your plan at any time.
Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. A subscription is for one person, and reports are for your own use only. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share reports or their data with anyone outside your subscription.
Data and accuracy
Reports are based on Etsy’s official public API, refreshed by continuous sweeps with the ranking pipeline running daily. “Confirmed sales” are derived from new buyer reviews and stock changes and represent a floor, not a guaranteed exact count, because not every buyer leaves a review, the true number is always equal to or higher than what we show. Listed prices are the prices shown on Etsy and do not reflect discounts. We make no warranty that the data is complete, current, or error free.

Podkon is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. We only read data from Etsy’s official public API.
Payment and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which reports stop and you are not billed again.
No guarantee & limitation of liability
Podkon gives you trends and signals to inform your own decisions; it does not guarantee any sales, income, or outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Podkon is not liable for business decisions made using its reports, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
Payment processor
Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. When you subscribe, your card details are collected and stored directly by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy; Podkon never receives or stores your full card number. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms.
Etsy API and third-party data
The listing data in Podkon is sourced from Etsy’s official public API. Podkon is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Etsy data is provided “as is”, may change or become unavailable at any time, and is governed by Etsy’s own terms. Podkon is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or completeness of data returned by Etsy’s API, and your use of any Etsy-sourced data must comply with Etsy’s applicable policies.
Intellectual property and ownership
Podkon, including the website, software, report formats, branding, and all related content (other than the underlying Etsy data and any third-party trademarks), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your own internal business use during your subscription. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the service except as expressly permitted.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, misuse the service, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates legal or security risk for us or others. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to fix the issue. On termination, your right to use the service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Podkon agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware, United States for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us in good faith so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
General terms
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect (severability). These terms, together with any policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and Podkon regarding the service and replace any prior agreements on the subject (entire agreement). You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign these terms to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (assignment).
The company you are contracting with
The service is provided by Podkon, a Delaware single-member company, with its registered address at 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, DE 19901, United States. When these terms say “Podkon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, they refer to that company.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new date, and material changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
