What this page shows
Pick a country and see the leading Etsy shops based there, ranked by completed sales, with the same columns as the global list, each with a precise meaning: Total sales is the all time real Etsy transaction count, not an estimate. Opened is the year the shop joined Etsy. Listings is the active listings in the shop right now. Rating is the average review score, and Reviews is the all time review count. It answers a question the worldwide ranking cannot, which is who is actually winning in my market.
How it is built
It reads the same precomputed, marketplace wide dataset as Top Shops, then filters and re ranks by the country dimension. A shop's country comes from its own location, best available, so the leaderboard reflects where a shop really operates rather than where a single order happened to ship. Because the dataset is built offline and refreshed on a schedule, the country view loads instantly and reflects settled sales.
Why it matters
A shop that sits mid table worldwide can be the clear leader in its own country. If you compete mainly in one market, or you want to understand a region before expanding into it, this view shows the real local picture instead of a global average.
